Mr. Aspenson is also on the Board of Directors for Interior Systems International. Mr. Aspenson is an active member of the American Telemedicine Association (ATA), Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP).
Chief Medical Officer: Carrie Bordinko MD has worked in many capacities in her 23 years in the healthcare arena. As a practicing ER and primary care physician, and prior hospitalist, she possesses the unique insight into the entire acute care continuum and post acute caredischarge challenges faced by most hospital systems. Also working as a CMO responsible for overseeing medical operations for a Medicare managed care insurer, she was responsible for implementing and administering medical policies, disease and medical care management programs, integrating physician services, quality assurance, appeals and grievances, and regulatory compliance programs while insuring quality outcomes. Prior owner and VP of Operations for several homecare agencies throughout her career gives added insight in to the “business” of healthcare.
